Job Responsibilities:
Should have minimum 15 years of experience in Reputed real estate developer in UAE . 2. Should have good experience in budgeting , Estimating, Pre-costing Etc. 3. Closely will be working under chairman team. Estimation (MEP), min 15 yrs of experience, should be able to lead the team hence few traits of having good personality and being good in communication should be by default. people from Cost Consultants and Developers Backgrounds preferred.
