Position Overview
The Senior Manager - Emiratisation Development and Talent Programs is responsible for translating the Group's Emiratisation strategy into scalable, high-impact programs delivered across multiple business verticals. The role partners closely with HR, business leaders, and external stakeholders to ensure strong governance, measurable outcomes, and sustainable talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full portfolio of Emiratisation development programs across Al-Futtaim business verticals
  • Translate the Group Emiratisation strategy into detailed operational plans with clear milestones and KPIs
  • Lead end-to-end program execution through internal teams, ensuring quality, consistency, and impact
  • Partner with HR teams to optimize the Emirati candidate journey from attraction and selection to retention and progression
  • Manage, coach, and develop the Emiratisation team, assigning priorities and monitoring delivery performance
  • Handle operational escalations related to Emirati talent and resolve issues in collaboration with HRBPs and line managers
  • Act as the primary point of contact for HR Business Partners and business leaders on Emiratisation programs
  • Build and manage relationships with universities, government entities, and external partners
  • Lead vendor selection and management for learning, development, and leadership programs
  • Track outcomes, report progress, and continuously enhance programs to align with national agendas and business needs
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in Emiratisation, nationalization programs, or large-scale talent development initiatives
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and complex, multi-stakeholder programs
  • Strong understanding of UAE national talent agendas and workforce development frameworks
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change across diverse business environments
