Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Manager- Finance for one of our leading clients.
Years of Experience:
5 years on similar position
Education:
Bachelor or Chartered Accountant, Certified Public Accountant
JOB DESCRIPTION & NEEDED BACKGROUND:
- Working closely with senior management to present monthly results, data analysis and findings
- Proactively participate and understand the performance of different departments to provide strategic solutions
- Collaborate with various business units and departments to prepare budgets and forecasts
- Formulate best practices to streamline business activities and foster a continuous development environment
- Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business
- Developing financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting
- Cash flow management
- Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
- Lead the tax function (VAT, withholding tax, corporate tax)
- Supervise and manage financial department staff
- Well-developed leadership skills
- Mentoring
Background:
Preferably has experience in the same industry
KEY SKILLS & ABILITIES :
- Leadership skills – clear communicator, effective motivator, team management
- Accounting skills – Real-worl experience standards (GAAP, IRS)
- Compliance skills – Transfer pricing, ESR, BEPS, SOX
- Business strategy skills – Cost analysis, resource allocation
COMPUTER SKILLS:
- Spreadsheets
- MS Power point
- SAP ERP
- Emerging Technology
