Looking for an experienced customer service professional from a retail sector . Will be responsible :
Strategy and planning:
Develop and execute a comprehensive customer experience strategy that aligns with business objectives.
Customer journey management:
Oversee the entire customer journey across digital and physical channels to ensure a seamless experience.
Data and analytics:
Analyze customer feedback, data, and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive strategic decisions.
Cross-functional collaboration:
Partner with departments like sales, marketing, operations, and product to ensure consistent customer focus and alignment.
Team leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop the customer experience team, fostering a customer-centric culture throughout the organization.
Performance tracking:
Establish and monitor customer experience KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
Stakeholder communication:
Present findings, strategies, and recommendations to senior leadership

Pay: AED40,000.00 - AED45,000.00 per month
