Monitoring and running health checks on all reporting systems and dashboards.
Develop and implement deployment strategies that optimize resource utilization and increase efficiency.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth deployment processes, including accommodation arrangements.
Monitor and report on deployment performance metrics with reasons for any unauthorized absences, identify trends and potential areas of improvement.
Develop and implement training sessions for personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively within the team.
Ensure Accurate bed space reporting by collaborating with various accommodations to update their bed space records, ensuring accurate and up to date information is always available.
Manage the performance of the deployment team, including setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations for key factors.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to deployment and personnel management.
Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
Provide support to other Business Units as needed.
Manage the deployment of personnel across various business units by conducting regular training sessions for Business units highlighting and explaining the common mistakes being made in planning
