The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Manager who has expertise in engagement / project delivery and managing the commercials of large and complex projects. In this role you will work with MENA Assurance COO, Sub-Service Line leaders and Partners and play a trusted business advisor role to leadership.

This role will be based in one of MENA locations (Qatar / Kuwait / UAE / KSA / Bahrain / Jordan / Lebanon) and will cater to the regional Assurance portfolio.

Your key responsibilities

In this role, you will play the role of a trusted business advisor to the Assurance leadership and lead ad-hoc strategic projects when needed. Review all engagement financials with s special focus on margin movements and proactively contribute towards pursuit approach. Help business identify execution and client risks and provide corrective actions and help engagement team to mitigate these risks.

Perform Pricing validation along with market finance to validate system pricings from Delivery Excellence perspective. Design & develop reports/dashboards based on leadership requirement, and guide leaders on potential pricing gaps with respect to pricing gaps, project contingencies and other historic data. Set up the approach and approval process for all strategic pursuits and work closely with market finance and operations team to execute this. Arrange monthly governance review with leadership on metrics and pursuit approach.

Close tracking of cash flow performance for big ticket engagements to ensure adherence to target and inventory balance management Manage overall DE independence and develop, prioritize and recommend initiatives to improve and build upon current process to support the business

To qualify for the role, you must have

Minimum of 15+ years of project delivery and commercials Established background in a client facing role along with working experience with senior leadership Urge to push for results and continuously improve the base benchmarking Strong excel/Power BI skills to design, build and test models Experienced in analytics, including data collection, reconciliations and classification Compliance with and understanding of regulatory requirements Able to deliver high-quality service under tight deadline
