JOB TITLE
Senior Manager - Data Architecture | MAF Retail | Corporate Head Office UAE
ROLE SUMMARY
The Senior Manager - Data Architecture & Solutions will be responsible for leading the company's data strategy and execution. This includes aligning technical and human capabilities to harness the full potential of data in achieving our organizational objectives, overseeing the data infrastructure, and defining the future state of data management.
ROLE PROFILE

• Evaluate current data strategy, technical and human capabilities, and define the future state of data management.
• Work closely with business leaders to identify opportunities to leverage data to drive business value.
• Oversee the collection, storage, integration, and quality assurance of data from various sources.
• Implement data governance practices to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and data privacy standards.
• Evaluate and implement state-of-the-art data technologies, tools, and infrastructure to support data processing and analytics.
• Manage the development of data models and data integration processes.
• Collaborate with the IT department to integrate data systems and enable seamless data flow.
• Ensure data security measures are in place to protect sensitive information.

REQUIREMENTS

• A bachelor's or master's degree in information system, computer science or related discipline is required.
• 10+ years of experience in data management, data analytics, data warehouse or a related field.
• Proven experience in data management, including data governance, data integration, data quality, and data architecture.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex data projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Expertise in data modelling, data analysis, data integration & visualization tools and building data solutions.
• Expereince in Data Warehousing and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load)
