JOB TITLE
Senior Manager - Customer & Marketing Enablement | MAF Future Solutions | Customer Solutions
ROLE SUMMARY
Drive the implementation of best-in-class groupwide Marketing Technology programs providing robust products, evolving roadmaps, centralised expertise & extensive support to enable seamless Customer Engagement. Responsible for driving a strategic, customer-centric vision and roadmap that supports the business roadmap and priorities and winning over the leadership across the Business to support all Martech initiatives.
ROLE PROFILE

  • Setting up the product lifecycle process and standards (Strategy, Releases, Ideation and Features).
  • Guiding the success of a product and leading the cross-functional team that is responsible for creating and optimising it
  • Setting a product vision and strategy and clearly articulate the business value to the product team so they understand the intent behind the new product or product release.
  • Owning the roadmap and prioritize building what matters most to achieve the strategic goals and initiatives behind the product.
  • Ensure constant optimization of product by defining and monitoring KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) that define success of product
  • Developing the tools and processes that will enable growth and marketing teams to drive customer acquisition, engagement & retention.
  • Work with a multidisciplinary team to find the best path to creating meaningful value for our customers while meeting our business objectives. This could involve building new features, improving existing features, or changing the way we work operational
  • Providing the deep product expertise needed to lead the organization and make strategic product decisions. The role spans many activities from strategic to tactical and provides important cross-functional leadership.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ years of experience delivering B2B and B2C products in a fast-paced, consumer centric or SaaS environment.
  • Technical knowledge: While you need not be a marketer, you understand the implications of the product decisions you make on various channels
  • Experience in setting and developing roadmaps for MarTech products and delivering them across various customer touchpoints
  • Customer-centric approach with passion for building creative, new MarTech products with the aim of optimizing the customer experience and business operations.

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads with a record of accomplishment of taking ownership and driving results
