The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining the social media presence of our client on various platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok.
The primary focus of this role will be to lead the client relationship, manage a team of social media account managers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality work that meets or exceeds client expectations.

The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining the social media presence of our client on various platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok.
The primary focus of this role will be to lead the client relationship, manage a team of social media account managers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality work that meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Lead and project manage the social media operations for dozen markets
- Serve as the SPOC for regional and global teams both at Publicis and client side
- Follow client protocol and processes across moderation, publishing, and content calendar support
- Serve as internal and external expert on client\'s marketing code
- Carry out quality assurance and control
- Foster creative thinking on how we use data in solving unique business challenges
- 4-5 years of professional experience in a similar role in an advertising agency or consulting company
- Understanding of the market nuances of the MENA Region
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English, French is a plus
- Strong multi-cultural communication skills
- Strong Project management skills
- Experience in using Project management tools is a huge advantage
- Experience using social media management tools, such as Sprinklr is ideal
- Skilled user of MS Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of major social media platforms, their features, and ongoing trends
- Bachelor\'s degree in communication, journalism, marketing business or related field is ideal
