  • Craft engaging and effective content strategies grounded in data insights and aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with data and strategy teams to extract and utilize key insights for content planning and conceptualisation.
  • Ideate and design content pieces that resonate with target audiences, aiming for enhanced engagement and conversion rates.
  • Expertly blend analytical insights with a creative approach to produce effective briefs that lead to captivating content.
  • Work with the Agile Studio to oversee content production meets creative vision and business objectives
  • Ensure all content aligns with overarching client business objectives.
  • Possess real-world B2B communications experience, preferably across regional or global markets.
  • Lead & conduct creative conceptualisation workshops to generate ideas that supercharge content strategies with concepts that drives business forward.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field, such as advertising, marketing, journalism or communications
  • 7+ years of experience in copywriting and content creation for social media, with a strong portfolio of work
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic with excellent writing and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of digital & social media platforms, best practices, format utilisation, and emerging trends
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work on time and within budget
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform content decisions and optimizations
  • Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment, with the ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with team members from
  • Comfortable in working with cross-functional teams both physically and remotely
  • Experience working on brands that have regional & global footprints.
  • Bonus: Experience on creative analytics tools such as CreativeX, Vidmob, Tubular Labs
  • Bonus: Government sector experience
