Lead end-to-end consulting engagements from planning through execution Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior clients and key stakeholders Manage, mentor, and develop high-performing consulting teams Drive strategic initiatives and ensure consistent, high-quality project delivery Contribute to business development efforts and support practice growth
12-15 years of consulting or relevant industry experience
Demonstrated leadership and strong people management capabilities Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong proficiency inEnglish (spoken and written); if Arabic better.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong client relationships.Job Type: Full-time
