Oversee delivery of academic accommodations, assistive tech, and student support services. Advocate for disability inclusion across academic and operational areas. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance support frameworks. Deliver training to faculty and staff on inclusive practices. Monitor compliance with local and international accessibility regulations. Manage the center's budget, resources, and performance metrics. ? Qualifications: Master's degree in Special Education, Psychology, Counselling, or related field. 7-10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in direct disability support. Proven leadership managing centers or programs for students with special needs. Valid certification or license in psychology or counselling (preferred). Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus. ? Skills & Attributes: Visionary leadership with strong operational management. Deep understanding of inclusive practices and assistive technology. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Analytical mindset with experience in impact evaluation and reporting. Ability to build cross-functional collaborations and external partnerships.
