Senior Manager Business Operations and Service Excellence will support Sales, Commercial, and Product teams with customer-facing pre-sales and solutioning functions. The role includes the responsibility to plan, design, and dimension customer-facing solutions based on new products and services platforms required for Voice, Messaging, IPX, Signaling, and VAS. The role will be part of Account Management and support Sales teams on technical aspects of Wholesale Mobility solutions such as Signaling, IPX, GRX, Bulk SMS, Mobile Identity, Access Number Services, etc. It will assist in achieving cost leadership by tailoring solutions to customer needs, optimizing capacity, and reviewing resource utilization to maintain a balanced cost and spend in the solutioning ecosystem.
