Responsibilities:Manage the Business Development department and lead the sales team towards achieving the organization's objectives.Identify new business opportunities by conducting thorough research on industry trends, events, publications, and announcements. Track developments such as new constructions and facilities.Locate and propose potential business deals by proactively contacting potential partners and exploring opportunities for collaboration.Conduct project feasibility studies to assess the viability and potential of new business ventures.Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financial.Prepare comprehensive proposals for clients, highlighting the services and products provided by the company and their alignment with client needs and objectives.Perform feasibility studies for potential projects and initiatives to assess their viability and potential for success.Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations.Maintain and update client contract records. Initiate and facilitate the renewal of existing contracts as necessary.Ensure the update of management systems through timely reporting of changes.Take corrective action for identified non-conformities to ensure compliance and quality standards.Conduct business risk evaluations and take proactive actions to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.Provide monthly updates on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to align with the strategic objectives of the organization.Protect the organization's value and business interests by maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.Develop and execute marketing initiatives to promote company services and enhance brand visibility in coordination with central communication team. xKeep all marketing collaterals up to date with the latest product and services offering.Perform any other duties as assigned or requested by the management.Required SkillsBachelor's/master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field Technology, Engineering background.Proven 10+ years' experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the technology, facility management and parking management or related industry.Strong project feasibility study skills and commercial acumen.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Ability to lead a team and drive results in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
