is looking for a

Senior Manager - Advisory

to lead strategic client engagements, drive business development, and oversee the delivery of complex advisory projects. This role requires deep expertise in financial reporting, transaction advisory, or risk management, combined with strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record in consulting. The ideal candidate will contribute to the growth and direction of the advisory practice while building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead multiple advisory engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Oversee end-to-end project execution, address challenges, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful outcomes.
Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Analyze complex business problems and deliver practical, relevant solutions using data and insights.
Ensure compliance with professional and regulatory standards through robust quality control and risk management.
Stay up to date on industry developments and regulatory updates to provide timely and relevant advice to clients.
Encourage alignment and collaboration among clients and internal teams to achieve shared goals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent, high-quality service.

Qualifications & Skills

CA, CPA, or ACCA qualified, with at least 8 years of advisory or consulting experience, including 3 years in a senior management role.
Must have experience managing teams and project delivery. Consulting background is essential.
Experience in a top-tier advisory or consulting firm is strongly preferred.
Advanced technical knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting standards, transaction advisory, and regulatory frameworks.
Demonstrated success in managing complex advisory projects across various sectors.
Proficiency in financial analysis tools, data modeling, and relevant advisory platforms.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic approach to business challenges.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage senior executives and clients.
Ability to contribute to practice development and support firm-wide initiatives.
