The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Litigation Associate to join our prestigious law firm in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing litigation cases, providing expert legal advice, and representing clients in various courts. Responsibilities: - Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies. - Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs. - Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations. - Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and potential liabilities. - Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and ensure successful outcomes. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the UAE. - Manage case files and documentation with strong attention to detail.



Requirements

Law degree from an accredited institution with a valid license to practice in the UAE. - Minimum of 5 years experience in litigation within a reputable law firm or legal department. - Strong knowledge of UAE commercial law and litigation law. - Excellent research, writing, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - High level of professionalism, integrity, and client-focused mindset. - Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
