This role involves evaluating market conditions, creating effective marketing strategies, conducting open houses, negotiating with buyers, and ensuring a smooth transaction from listing to closing.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and acquire new listing clients through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Conduct market analysis to determine the optimal listing price.
Prepare and present comparative market analyses to potential sellers.
Advise clients on pricing, staging, and improvements to maximize home value.
Develop and execute marketing plans including photography, video tours, online marketing, flyers, and open houses.
Coordinate showings and communicate feedback to sellers.
Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients.
Coordinate with transaction coordinators, inspectors, appraisers, and other parties to ensure a smooth escrow and closing process.
Maintain knowledge of local market trends, inventory, and competition.
