Job Title: Senior Line Boss Division: Technical Operation - JX Packaging Country: UNITED ARAB EMIRATES Work Location: UAE (RAK head office) Job Type: Senior Line boss - Packaging Employment Type: Full Time Employment (Limited Contract) : Purpose: Senior Line Boss - The role holder is responsible to adhere with the cGMP principles and maintains them in effective manner and perform job as per managerial instructions and organize line for packaging. Responsible to maintain, organize the line of packaging, ensure measure effective In-Process. Must follow the standard operating procedures and document hourly checks as well as complete the batch packaging documents. Ensure that the area/machine and equipment’s clean and get line capacity every hour and help to increase line efficiency. Key Responsibilities & Key Result Area Responsible for compliance with cGMP principles and maintain them in effective manner. Organize the line of packaging and clearance. Follow instructions from start-up given according to standard operating procedures Responsible for the In-Process checks for the products on hourly basis. Perform the hourly checks as per the checklist, SOP and document the same. Ensure all staff on the lines are all following the standard operating procedures. Distribute and schedule job to the packaging workers. Responsible to ensure area/machine/equipment are cleaned before starting the packaging. Responsible for checking the product weight as per the limit. Responsible for weighing operations performed at the end of packaging process using calibrated scale. Get line capacity every hour and help to increase line efficiency. Ensure that the lines are cleaned between the batches and at the end of the shift. Check the bulk and packaging material before use as per dispensing sheet. Follow MPI instructions and ensure implementation in place. Responsible to control Productivity and achieve daily packaging target Responsible to maintain hygiene & GMP standards in the area. Perform operations according to the (MFM/MPI) under supervision of Supervisor. Responsible to maintain all related logbooks and records. Qualifications: - Education Higher Secondary, Certificate / Diploma in similar field. - Experience: At least 2 - 4 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical Company is desirable or similar experience - Training: Key Competencies: Basic English & Arabic (communicating, writing and speaking).
