Job Title:Senior Inspector - Lifting

Job Scope

The Senior Inspector is responsible for leading and executing advanced inspections of lifting equipment and accessories in accordance with ISO 17020, ADNOC codes, and international standards. The role includes supervising inspection teams, reviewing technical reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and client requirements across onshore and offshore projects.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct complex inspections of lifting equipment, including cranes, lifting gear, and accessories.
Supervise and mentor junior and mid-level inspectors.
Prepare, review, and approve technical reports and certificates.
Lead failure investigations, risk assessments, and root cause analyses.
Develop inspection plans and ensure compliance with company QMS and ISO 17020.
Liaise with clients and support business development through technical presentations.

Participate in audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Client visit for technical discussion & suggestion, if required.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
Hold Entry Exam Certificate issued by the Lifting Equipment Engineers
Association (LEEA-UK) and minimum 5 diplomas or Equivalent.

Experience:

Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in lifting equipment inspection, including leadership or technical lead roles. ADNOC/offshore experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Skills:

Strong knowledge of LEEA, LOLER, ASME, BS EN, and ISO standards.

Skilled in technical reporting, team leadership, and client communication.
Competency in inspection planning, resource management, and QMS compliance.
Ability to mentor junior staff and deliver technical training.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making abilities.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
