The successful candidate will provide legal support to

a diversified holding group

with a portfolio spanning

investment products, real estate, and trading operations

. The structure includes

5 legal entities across DMCC free zone and mainland UAE

.

This role offers the chance to oversee complex regulatory frameworks and ensure smooth operations across all of the group's entities.

Responsibilities:

Provide legal protection for the company and its shareholders. Handle corporate procedures: incorporation, reorganization, liquidation, and amendments to founding documents. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and internal policies. Represent the company in government bodies, arbitration, and court proceedings. Ensure compliance with UAE and international regulations (e.g., FATF, UN sanctions). Conduct legal due diligence and risk assessments (KYC, AML). Maintain corporate records (registers, protocols, charters). Advise management on legal updates and regulatory changes. Prepare reports for the Board of Directors and regulatory authorities. Train employees on legal and compliance matters.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Corporate Law; MBA or Finance-related Master's (preferred). Proven experience in corporate law, banking, or compliance (AML/KYC). Knowledge of UAE, EU, UK, and US regulatory frameworks. Understanding of financial products and international accounting standards. Fluent English and Russian (written and spoken).
