Job Description
Job Specifics:
- Assists the Head of Legal and the business with developing and rolling out new wealth-related products and services, including all matters related to credit.
- Support Business by overseeing all lending transactions from inception to completion, addressing key legal issues, participating in the negotiation of core documentation and liaising with external counsel (where necessary) and transactors to ensure efficient and structured process.
- Provide regulatory advice on lending products offered by the bank (e.g. Lombard, Real Estate Financing, Consumer Credit\xe2\x80\xa6).
- Drafts, reviews and negotiates wealth related documents (e.g. investment documentation, platform agreements, distribution agreements, etc).
Key Requirements:
- At least 7 years of PQE experience in banking
- At least 3 years of experience in Wealth Management/Private Banking
- Good Knowledge and experience with Investment Products
