This prestigious investment and corporate bank is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel specialising in structured finance to join its Legal team in Dubai.
In this pivotal role, you will provide expert legal and regulatory advice across a wide spectrum of asset classes in financial markets, with a focus on derivatives, repos, structured finance (e.g. EMTN), and structured note issuances/repacks.
While knowledge in Islamic finance is preferred, it's not mandatory; however, custody experience would be valuable.
The ideal candidate will have trained and qualified at a top-tier City law firm, with 5-10 years' PQE, ideally with some in-house experience at a leading bank and be looking to relocate to Dubai.
This is a unique opportunity for a commercially astute lawyer to join a leading bank and collaborate with a highly skilled legal team.
