About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team in the UAE.

The ideal candidate will provide strategic legal guidance on corporate, commercial, regulatory, and cross-border matters, ensuring full compliance with UAE Federal Laws, Free Zone regulations, and applicable international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1-Providing expert legal advice on corporate, commercial, civil, and regulatory matters.

2-Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, MOUs, NDAs, service agreements, shareholder agreements, and joint ventures.

3-Managing and advising on litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution, including DIAC, ADGM, and DIFC Courts.

4-Ensuring compliance with UAE laws, free zone frameworks, AML/CTF requirements, and internal governance policies.

5-Advising senior management on legal risks, business structuring, and strategic decisions.

6-Managing external legal counsel and coordinating with regulators and authorities.

7-Handling intellectual property, licensing, employment matters, and corporate secretarial tasks.

Required Qualifications:

1-Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) - Master's is a plus.

2-Minimum 8-12 years of legal experience, preferably in the UAE or GCC.

3-Strong background in corporate, commercial, and regulatory law.

4-Excellent contract drafting skills in English and Arabic.

5-Experience dealing with government authorities.

6-Strong understanding of cross-border commercial transactions.

7-Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex files.
