Now we are looking for

Senior Legal Counsel

to be based in Dubai, UAE. Legal Executive will be responsible for handling legal matters related to the company's operations. This includes drafting and reviewing contracts, advising on legal issues, conducting legal research, and supporting the company in compliance matters.

Responsibilities

:

Creating and preparation of contracts according to various requests and criteria of the department; Coordination of all types contracts (construction contract, supply, provision of services, purchase and sale (including legal entities, land plots, buildings, etc.), loan, mortgage agreements, investment contracts, cession, provision of services, agency agreements, etc.; Legal support of the activities of a group of companies when attracting funds from participants in shared construction; Legal support of the sales department and the customer service department on all emerging issues; Legal support for the acquisition of legal entities of all organizational and legal forms; Claim work, including termination of contracts (contractors, tenants, performers, etc.); Protect the company against legal risks and violations; Interaction with the governmental departments; Preparation of legal conclusions, analytical and informational reports; Search, analysis and informing the company's management about legislation changes on the mentioned above points.

Requirements

:

Fluent in English and Arabic languages; Knowledge of UAE laws and regulations; Experience in the corporate, labor, administrative, procedural and arbitration law within the laws of the UAE; Liaising with various governmental departments in Dubai (RERA, DLD, DIAC); Experience in drafting document processes (joint venture agreements +); Experience in contract work; Relevant legal qualifications and certifications.
