Now we are looking for

Senior Legal Counsel

to be based in Dubai, UAE. Legal Executive will be responsible for handling legal matters related to the company's operations. This includes drafting and reviewing contracts, advising on legal issues, conducting legal research, and supporting the company in compliance matters.

Responsibilities

:

Provide expert legal advice and support on real estate, commercial, regulatory, and corporate matters; Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents including SPAs, MOUs, leases, NDAs, service contracts, and consultancy agreements; Oversee legal aspects of project development, including land acquisition, licensing, and regulatory approvals; Ensure compliance with applicable local laws, company policies, and contractual obligations; Represent the company in negotiations, legal proceedings, and dispute resolution processes; Liaise with external legal advisors and regulatory authorities when required; Support internal teams (e.g., Sales, Finance, Operations, HR) with day-to-day legal matters; Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them; Provide training and guidance to junior legal staff.

Requirements

:

Fluent in English; Knowledge of UAE laws and regulations; Experience in the corporate, labor, administrative, procedural and arbitration law within the laws of the UAE; Liaising with various governmental departments in Dubai (RERA, DLD, DIAC); Experience in drafting document processes (joint venture agreements +); Experience in contract work; Relevant legal qualifications and certifications.
