- You would be admitted to practice in a common-law jurisdiction (e.g. England & Wales, US, Australia, Canada) and have at least 8+ years of post-qualification experience.
- You must have experience working at a major international law firm, financial institution, or multinational organization.
- You must have prior experience and a strong track record of advising clients or stakeholders on credit, structured credit, structured products, derivatives, and excellent knowledge of the legal landscape for Financial Markets.
- Experience in working on Islamic finance transactions would be beneficial for this role but is not essential.
- Given the nature of work, you would ideally be based in the UAE, but international candidates with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
