We're Hiring | Senior Legal Consultant (Bilingual - Arabic & English)
Amal Khamis Advocates & Legal Consultants is expanding. We're looking for a highly experienced Legal Consultant with a minimum of 5 years' UAE-based practice to join our busy dispute-resolution team.
What you'll do
Represent clients in arbitration matters in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, including attending hearings conducted in English. Draft and review arbitration requests, statements of claim/defence, and legal memoranda in both English and Arabic. Handle a broad portfolio of criminal, civil, real-estate, and commercial cases before UAE courts and tribunals. Prepare all pleadings, briefs, appeals, and petitions, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and full compliance with UAE laws and procedure.
What we're looking for
Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written). At least 5 years of UAE experience advising on contentious matters. Proven track record in arbitration advocacy (DIAC, ADCCAC, or similar). Strong drafting skills and the ability to translate complex legal issues into practical advice.
