Position: Senior Legal Advisor

Job Required.

Study all legal matters related to the company and provide legal opinions and advice to the concerned decision-making bodies.
Draft, review, and legally validate all types of contracts and agreements concluded by the company with individuals or entities, ensuring their compliance, enforceability, and absence of legal loopholes.
Interpret laws and regulations and ensure their implementation in accordance with issued directives.
Provide legal consultations and evaluate legal disputes and conflicts referred by management and various departments.
Provide legal advice on matters related to laws, regulations, and legislations to avoid legal risks and challenges.
Prepare and develop legal guidelines related to the interpretation of laws, regulations, systems, and legally related procedures.
Supervise the collection of evidence and documentation that supports the company's legal position in disputes and legal cases.
Bachelor's degree in law or equivalent
8 12 years of experience in the legal field, including legal advisory work and legal practice.
