About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced

Senior Learning Support Assistant (SLSA)

to join our team. SLSAs play a vital role in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for students with diverse needs. The successful candidate will motivate pupils, provide academic and social support, and collaborate with teachers and BCBAs to facilitate learning and student development.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and encourage students to reach their full academic potential. Assist students in understanding instructions and completing schoolwork. Provide personal care support, including hygiene management for vulnerable children. Supervise and assist during social activities, outings, and sports events, promoting inclusion and peer interaction. Collaborate with teachers and BCBAs to plan learning activities, prepare materials, and collect formative assessment data on student progress. Assist with classroom management and foster a positive learning environment. Stay updated with professional development and best practices to enhance student learning experiences.

Requirements:

UAE attested Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Psychology, Special Education (SPED), or Education

. Must have

own visa and medical insurance

(preferred). Available to

start ASAP

. Police Clearance Certificate.

2-3 years or more of relevant experience

in a similar role. Knowledge of

ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis)

and LSA practices.

ABAT or RBT certification

preferred. Excellent command of

English

.

Additional Information:

Ability to reliably

commute to Dubai

or relocate prior to starting work.
