Who youll likely need to be, in order to succeed:
Whilst there is a degree of flexibility, there are some core guidelines that make the backbone of the client expectations:
- Common law qualification (essential due to the nature of the documents and the work).
- 7+ years of experience in transactional finance, with an emphasis onto project and asset.
- Trained and qualified with an international standard law firm.
- Middle East experience is ideal.
- Experience in industrial sectors such as energy / projects or infrastructure is advantageous.
