What you'll be doing:
You'll be working with a strong finance team, playing your part in complex deals, allying with financiers, lenders, SWF's, JV partners and internal business units.
Who you'll likely need to be, in order to succeed:
Whilst there is a degree of flexibility, there are some core guidelines that make the backbone of the client expectations:
Common law qualification (essential due to the nature of the documents and the work).
7+ years of experience in transactional finance, with an emphasis onto project and asset.
Trained and qualified with an international standard law firm.
Middle East experience is ideal.
Experience in industrial sectors such as energy / projects or infrastructure is advantageous.
