About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Land Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in conducting accurate land measurements, preparing topographic surveys, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Conduct precise land measurements and topographic surveys using advanced surveying equipment and techniques Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports using specialized software Create accurate maps and plans for various construction and development projects Ensure compliance with local UAE land laws, regulations, and international surveying standards Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide expert surveying input Perform quality control checks on survey data and implement best practices in surveying methodologies Assist in managing project timelines and resources effectively Troubleshoot surveying issues and develop practical solutions Stay updated on the latest surveying technologies and industry trends

What do we need from you

Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field Professional certification as a Licensed Land Surveyor Minimum 3-5 years of experience in land surveying Advanced proficiency in surveying equipment and software, including GPS, Total Station, AutoCAD, and GIS Strong mathematical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex survey data Knowledge of local UAE land laws and regulations Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to develop practical solutions Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Physical fitness to perform fieldwork in various terrain and weather conditions Willingness and ability to work in the hot climate conditions typical of Dubai * Valid driver's license
