Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and quality-driven
Senior Laboratory Technician
to oversee laboratory operations, ensure compliance with quality standards, and support team development.Key Responsibilities
Supervise routine laboratory testing and ensure adherence to SOPs and quality protocols Review, verify, and validate test results; investigate deviations and non-conformities Train, mentor, and assess competency of junior laboratory staff Oversee sample receipt, registration, storage, tracking, and disposal as per procedures Ensure equipment verification, internal quality control, and documentation Maintain compliance with quality management systems, including
ISO 17025
Participate in internal audits, inspections, and proficiency testing Prepare laboratory documentation, reports, and performance summaries Communicate technical findings and recommendations to the Laboratory Manager / Head of LabRequirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant scientific discipline Minimum
4 years of laboratory experience
Experience working in anISO 17025
accredited laboratory (preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills High level of technical competence and quality orientationJob Type: Full-time
