As Senior Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for managing the quality of F&B sanitation and safety scheduling, as well as the development of staff.
You will handle the schedules Back-of-House employees in order to ensure shifts are fully covered, and labor budgets are met.
You will also oversee the execution of menu items to standard recipes, ensuring that guests are provided the highest quality service and a consistent experience of the brand.
Qualifications & Requirements:
You will have:
3-4 years Management experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of the Food industry.
Experience ordering and taking inventory of kitchen and food supplies.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in maintaining strong cost controls, and quality standards and fulfilment of supplies.
You will also be willing and able to work the line during periods of high traffic.
