Senior Accountant
to manage the company's full accounting operations and inventory system. The ideal candidate will havestrong accounting experience
,excellent analytical skills
, andhands-on knowledge of ERP and stock management
within thegold or jewellery trading sector
.Responsibilities
Manage complete accounting operations -- ledgers, payables, receivables, payroll, and financial reporting. Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements (IFRS/UAE standards). Handle VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE accounting laws. Conduct
regular stock checks
andupdate ERP software
for inventory accuracy. Reconcile stock records between physical and system data. Support audit processes and liaise with banks and external parties. Identify financial and operational improvements to enhance efficiency.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred).
5-8 years of accounting experience
, includinginventory and ERP management
. Experience ingold, jewellery, or trading industry
required. Proficiency in ERP accounting systems (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.).Experience with "Suntech" Jewellery Accounting Software
is a major plus. Strong Excel and analytical skills. Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.Benefits
