Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior IT System Administrator to manage and maintain our corporate IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of in-house information systems that support core organizational functions. This is a hands-on role requiring deep technical expertise and the ability to lead IT projects and mentor junior staff.
Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, manage, and monitor the company's entire IT infrastructure, including servers (Windows/Linux), network systems (switches, routers, firewalls), storage area networks (SAN), and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).
• System Security: Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus, intrusion detection systems, and patch management. Conduct regular security audits and ensure compliance with data protection policies.
• Cloud Services Administration: Administer and optimize cloud services, primarily Microsoft 365 and/or Azure AD, including user management, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams. Manage hybrid cloud/on-premise environments.
• Disaster Recovery & Backup: Develop, test, and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Manage and verify daily, weekly, and monthly backups.
• Technical Support & Leadership: Provide advanced (Level 2/3) technical support and troubleshooting for complex hardware and software issues. Mentor and guide junior IT support staff.
• IT Projects & Strategy: Lead IT projects from conception to completion, including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments. Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Documentation & Policies: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, network diagrams, and IT policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 6-8 years of proven experience in a System Administration role, with at least 3 years in a senior or team-lead capacity.
• Mandatory Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or equivalent, and one of the following: VMware VCP, Cisco CCNA, or a major security certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+).
• Technical Expertise:
• In-depth knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Azure services.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN, routing) and security protocols.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization (VMware vSphere/ESXi is preferred).
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions (Veeam, Commvault, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
