Requirements:
Proven experience in IT support, preferably in healthcare or clinical settings
Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, and common healthcare software
Experience with network troubleshooting, hardware, and software issues
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently
Good communication skills and customer service orientation
Certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or equivalent are a plus
Immediate availability preferred
Responsibilities:
Provide advanced technical support to staff and clinicians
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
Troubleshoot network, server, and workstation issues
Manage user accounts and permissions
Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed
Assist with system upgrades and maintenance
Document support activities and resolutions
Train staff on new systems and software as needed
