Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Sales Associate with

10+ years of proven IT sales experience

to join our System Integration team in Dubai. The candidate must be

fluent in Arabic and English

and possess a strong track record of driving enterprise IT solution sales across the UAE. This role requires a consultative sales approach, deep understanding of customer needs, and the ability to position high-value IT solutions--including cloud, cybersecurity, networking, storage, and managed services--within both government and private sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Lead business development initiatives and secure high-value IT projects with enterprise and mid-market customers. Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying leads, preparing proposals, responding to RFPs, and closing deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers across industries. Drive sales growth by promoting cybersecurity, cloud, data center, and digital transformation solutions. Work closely with vendors, distributors, and pre-sales teams to deliver tailored, competitive solutions. Provide accurate forecasts, pipeline visibility, and market intelligence to management. Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term engagement.

Requirements

10+ years

of IT sales experience in enterprise or system integrator environments.

Fluency in Arabic and English

(spoken and written) is mandatory. Deep understanding of enterprise IT solutions, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and infrastructure services. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Existing network of enterprise and government sector contacts. UAE driving license preferred.
