You will source, interview, match and place qualified IT professionals with one of the leaders in the Gulf Region with HQ in Dubai. As subject matter expert in recruiting you will build relations with the business leaders by providing value added support and quality for hiring decisions.

Your tasks will include:

• Conduct job description analysis in collaboration with hiring managers
• Publish postings on recruitment websites, social media and ensure company brand is represented
• Screen all incoming CVs, keep database clean and up-to-date
• Manage first interviews, competency assessment, short listing, interviews with the concerned manager
• Complete all administrative tasks related to recruitment, offers and contracts of employment
• Monitor recruitment metrics as well as hiring impact on company structure

To be a good fit for the Senior IT Recruiter role, you will have:

• Bachelor degree or higher in IT, Science, Business or related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter, preferably in IT
• Hands-on experience with the different job sites and social media.
• Knowledge of IT assessment, interviewing techniques and recruitment procedures
• Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with candidates, employees and upper management

• Excellent relationship building, organizational and decision making skills
• Drive to define, effectively manage and deliver recruitment solutions
• Previous experience within IT, Software House
