Job Description
Overall Purpose
Oversee IT systems operations, ensure efficiency and security, provide technical support to users, and contribute to the development and implementation of IT projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain IT systems and networks.
Monitor information security and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users.
Contribute to the development and implementation of new IT projects.
Prepare technical reports and submit recommendations to management.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 4-6 years of professional experience in IT. Strong knowledge of networks, operating systems, and information security.
Key SkillsProblem-solving and analytical thinking skills. Ability to work under pressure and multitask. Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Time management and priority-setting abilities.
