Role Title: Senior Manager IT
Location: Abu Dhabi
Job Purpose:
Lead the Information Technology function by driving strategic technology initiatives, managing ERP and cloud platforms, ensuring cybersecurity, and maintaining secure, efficient, and scalable IT operations. Enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and Microsoft 365 environments while supporting digital transformation, operational excellence, and compliance with regulatory and security standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT strategy, governance frameworks, and digital transformation roadmap.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, ITSM, and internal IT policies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team.
• Oversee Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP modules and Microsoft Power Platform automation.
• Manage Microsoft 365 security, compliance, access controls, and optimization.
• Implement cybersecurity measures, manage firewall policies, and lead IT audits.
• Oversee IT infrastructure including servers, networks, VMware, Cisco, and telephony systems.
• Ensure high system availability, disaster recovery readiness, and SLA compliance.
• Optimize IT assets, licensing, support contracts, and vendor management.
• Collaborate with OT teams to ensure secure and efficient system interoperability.
• Support and adhere to HSE & QMS policies and procedures.
