Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced

Senior IT Administrator

to oversee and manage all aspects of IT infrastructure, systems, and support within our EPC-focused Oil & Gas operations. The ideal candidate must possess a solid track record of working in dynamic and large-scale engineering environments, with hands-on experience in managing enterprise networks, cybersecurity, and user support across multiple sites and project locations.

Key Responsibilities:Infrastructure & Systems Management:

Administer and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure including Windows servers, network equipment, storage solutions, and backup systems. Ensure continuous availability, performance, and scalability of all IT systems across project offices and remote sites. Manage virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V), domain services, Active Directory, and enterprise email systems (Exchange/O365).

Network & Cybersecurity:

Oversee the security, integrity, and performance of LAN/WAN architecture. Implement and maintain firewalls, VPNs, endpoint protection, and intrusion detection systems. Ensure compliance with internal IT security policies and international standards (e.g., ISO 27001).

Support & Service Delivery:

Provide Level 2/3 support for hardware, software, and networking issues. Lead IT helpdesk activities and guide junior support technicians. Implement and monitor IT service management practices in line with ITIL standards.

Application & Project Support:

Support ERP systems, engineering applications (AutoCAD, Primavera, etc.), and project collaboration platforms. Collaborate with engineering, project control, and procurement departments to ensure IT systems align with operational needs.

Asset & Vendor Management:

Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and ensure software licensing compliance. Liaise with vendors for procurement, upgrades, and service agreements.

IT Governance & Documentation:

Prepare and maintain IT policies, procedures, disaster recovery plans, and network diagrams. Participate in audits and contribute to compliance efforts.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum

10 years of experience

in IT administration. Preferred experience

EPC or Oil & Gas construction companies or construction companies

. In-depth experience in managing IT infrastructure for project-based operations and multi-site environments.

Technical Skills Required:

Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 administration Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint Network infrastructure (Cisco/Fortinet), Firewalls, VPN Virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) Data backup & disaster recovery solutions ERP support knowledge (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) is a plus

Certifications Preferred:

MCSE / MCSA / Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator

Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) / CCNP

ITIL Foundation (v4 preferred)

Cybersecurity or cloud certifications
