Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished

Senior Investment Officer

to play a pivotal role in sourcing, structuring, and securing investment capital for Vardain Holdings. This is a

senior, highly visible position

, requiring deep investor relationships, commercial judgment, and the ability to operate credibly at

C-suite and Board level

.

The successful candidate will bring a

strong network of investors in Dubai, the wider GCC, and internationally

, and will be responsible for managing the full investment lifecycle--from origination to closing and ongoing investor relations.

Key ResponsibilitiesCapital Raising & Investor Origination

Identify, engage, and secure equity and/or structured investment capital from:

Family offices High-net-worth individuals (HNIs) Institutional investors Strategic and corporate investors Leverage existing

personal investor relationships

to drive capital inflows Actively expand and deepen Vardain Holdings' investor network in the

UAE, GCC, and global markets

Investment Execution

Lead the

end-to-end investment process

, including:

Investor targeting and outreach Investment pitching and negotiations Due diligence coordination Structuring and closing of transactions Work closely with internal teams to develop

investment memoranda, pitch decks, financial models, and data rooms

Support structuring of investment terms aligned with the Group's strategic and financial objectives

Strategic Advisory & Leadership

Advise the Group CEO and Board on

capital strategy, investor sentiment, valuation considerations, and market trends

Contribute to broader

corporate development and strategic initiatives

Represent Vardain Holdings in

senior-level investor meetings, conferences, and private forums

Uphold the Group's reputation through professionalism, discretion, and strong governance standards

Investor Relations

Manage and nurture

long-term investor relationships

post-investment Ensure clear, consistent communication with investors on performance and strategic direction

Candidate ProfileExperience & Background

10-15+ years of experience in

investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate finance, family office, or senior capital-raising roles

Demonstrated and verifiable

track record of successfully raising capital

Strong understanding of

investment structuring, valuations, and deal execution

Experience working directly with

founders, CEOs, and Boards

Network & Market Presence

Well-established investor network

, ideally across: Dubai and the UAE GCC region Select international markets High level of credibility and trust within the investor community
