Job Description

Location:- ARE-Jebel Ali
Role Summary:-
Managing, Organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse
Essential Responsibilities:-
  • Receiving of shipment (including unloading, unboxing & review of documents)
  • Check incoming shipments against purchase orders
  • Physical inspection of received items vs packing list and shipped documents (3 way match etc.)
  • Inspect parts for signs of damage
  • Perform system related transactions such as receipt and GRN generation, Bin creation, Item query etc.
  • Material/Part Number substitution
  • NCR initiation on wrong parts received
  • Material Put away
  • Cycle counts
  • Packing, providing support to boxing of orders
  • Picking and filling orders from stock for BOMs or Shipping picklists
  • Ensuring packed and boxed items match packing list
  • Material handling in the warehouse for receiving, kitting and shipping
  • Provide information required for Shipping documentation
  • Goods Receipt costing for the received materials
  • ERP: SAP Experience
  • Co-ordination with third party packing vendor
  • Management of materials at stores related to customer complaints (FIRT/CCM\xe2\x80\xa6etc.)
Qualifications/Requirements:-
  • Have a Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED
Desired Characteristics:-
  • How many years of experience: At least 5-10 years of experience in Manufacturing/Warehouse/Customer Care
  • In which Field: Manufacturing/Warehouse/Customer Care
  • ERP Experience: SAP
  • Computer Skills, MS Office, Six Sigma, etc.
