Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Inventory / Cost Controller. The Senior Inventory Controller will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our inventory levels, entire manufacturing process ensuring accurate stock counts, and maintaining efficient inventory processes across the group.

Responsibilities:

Daily monitor the entire Manufacturing process to ensure all material transfers are done correctly at the right price. Review and approve all the stock-related transaction postings, including FG items cost valuation in the ERP. Conduct & lead regular physical verification and stock count activities at regular intervals across all warehouses, showrooms to ensure proper stock position is reflected in books and reconcile. Ensure proper recording of purchases in the System, including all the stock-related expenses, is reflected correctly. Identify proper control over non-trade inventory, slow-moving or obsolete inventory, scrap and submitting reports with proposed resolution and optimization of Storage. Proper Inventory reconciliation between in System / SAP and report. Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures, including cycle counting, checking moving Average, and other best practices. Provide support, work as a team, and supervise inventory staff for proper implementation, control over inventory process and procedures.

Qualifications

:

ACCA/CA/CMA/CPA with 5 years+ work experience as an Inventory/ Cost Controller. Proven experience as an Inventory/Cost Controller or similar role, with a strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices. Proficiency in using SAP, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams and external partners. Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving inventory-related issues. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in record-keeping and inventory tracking. UAE Driving Licence is must to conduct frequent visits to different Stores, Showrooms, warehouses.
