Halo Interiors LLC is a bespoke Joinery and turnkey Fitout company specializing in creating exceptional spaces for commercial, residential, and hospitality clients. We are looking to expand our operations and are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. Requirements: Must have minimum 5 years experience in handling a similar role in a Turnkey fitout company specialising in high end luxury Residential and Commercial projects. Must have comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end process of design- from concept to handover. Must have excellent knowledge of materials and suppliers. Must be able to prepare the complete set of technical drawings and Detailed Drawing packages that can be submitted to the Fitout division for execution. Must be able to provide BOQ\xe2\x80\x99s on elements that have been proposed. Must be able to Manage the interior design process for an entire project consistent with project\xe2\x80\x99s program, budget and time constraints Must coordinate with project teams in the progress of architectural design and, interior design drawings, specifications, schedule, cost estimates and project reports. Must be able to Utilize knowledge of furniture and technology, and custom furniture and lighting solutions, finishes, materials, color selections, and ID specifications Must carry out site visits with the Fitout and Joinery team to guide them through the Execution requirement Must take complete ownership for the successful managing of multiple projects simultaneously. Must manage the selection of furniture systems and specifications with the clients. Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) Mastery of sketchup for quick form and function approvals Demonstrate strong leadership, communication skills and poise, capable of presenting to senior Business Leaders, Executives and Design Reviews Wide interest/knowledge of creative industry Must be able to effortlessly Develop design concepts Must Work with cross functional team to ensure design direction is reviewed and approved by manager Must be able to seamlessly execute the full design process, from initial sketch through start of production Must work independently to perform assignments including, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning and construction documentation, Must be able to Produce mood, material and design presentations independently or with minimal supervision. Provide extensive and rapid fire knowledge of FF&E vendors and resources to the team Must be wildly creative and push the boundaries! Must provide leadership skills and team management with a desire to mentor junior staff. Must be able to assist in marketing efforts and Request For Proposal responses. Must have Excellent time management, communication, collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, in addition to the ability to work independently Must be able to Develop and review FF&E specifications and budgets Maintain an accurate record (diary) of all meetings and actions Develop design proposals for presentation to the client Must have working knowledge of AutoCad, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, PhotoShop, Sketchup, and 3DStudio are required Expertise in project delivery of the entire project lifecycle Advanced degree in Interior Design or Architecture, with 10 + years of relevant design experience Degree in Interior Design from a CIDA Accredited Program Must have executed a minimum of 10 high end luxury projects in Residential and Commercial from start to finish in the UAE.
