The Role
We are seeking a creative and experienced Architect Interior Designer to join our team in UAE-Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing of interior spaces in commercial workspaces, restaurants, gym, clinics. The role requires a combination of architectural and interior design skills to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. Responsibilities: - Create architectural designs for interior spaces that meet the client\'s requirements and budget - Develop detailed drawings, 3D models, and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software - Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that the design specifications are implemented accurately during the construction phase - Select and source materials, furniture, and fixtures that align with the design concept and meet quality standards - Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in architecture and interior design to bring fresh ideas and solutions to projects

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field - Proven experience working as an Architect and Interior Designer in the interior design and build industry. - Proficiency in using CAD software, 3D modeling tools, Sketchup and other design software - Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards - Excellent creativity and design skills with a keen eye for detail - Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure - A strong portfolio showcasing previous interior design projects, majorly showcasing offices/workspaces.
