We are seeking a skilled and experienced Interior Designer to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Utilize AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project for planning, scheduling, and quotations. Oversee site operations, leading workers and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality project completion. Coordinate with Mall and Building Management for seamless project execution. Handle diverse projects, including residentials, restaurants, coffee shops, and retail stores. Monitor project expenses, control budgets, and prepare cost variation reports. Conduct site progress checks, quality supervision, and ensure adherence to company standards. Correspond with clients and subcontractors, maintaining effective communication. Keep records of site surveys, logs, and daily activity reports. Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors on time schedules, material specifications, and quality. Organize working shifts and distribute responsibilities efficiently. Ensure timely project handover with a focus on quality and cost control. Qualifications: Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project. Experience in project management with a focus on residential, commercial, and retail spaces. Strong coordination skills with Mall and Building Management. Budget management and cost control expertise. Excellent communication and correspondence skills. UAE driver\'s license (required).
