This role will lead the development and coordination of high-quality interior design solutions across major residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of design creativity, technical execution, and strong project coordination capabilities to drive excellence across all phases of interior works.

Job Overview

• Lead concept development, space planning, and preparation of detailed interior drawings in line with project objectives
• Coordinate with architects, structural, and MEP teams to ensure fully integrated interior designs
• Approve shop drawings, material submittals, and propose value-engineered solutions during execution
• Ensure compliance with local codes, HSE standards, and environmental regulations
• Oversee procurement coordination for interior materials, finishes, and FF&E within budget and timelines
• Conduct site inspections to verify quality and adherence to approved designs
• Engage directly with clients to present design proposals and incorporate feedback
• Lead and mentor junior designers and drafters within the CTO, promoting collaboration and design innovation
• Track project milestones related to interior packages and report on progress and quality

Job Requirements
Education and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in interior design within construction, consultancy, or developer environments
• Prior experience in residential, hospitality, or mixed-use developments is essential

Skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and 3D visualization software
• Solid understanding of material specifications, finish schedules, and FF&E coordination
• Strong leadership and team mentoring abilities
• Excellent communication and client presentation skills
• Deep knowledge of UAE building codes and industry regulations
