Major Responsibilities & Duties performed:

Inspects samples brought by inspectors/samplers for its suitability for testing and in case of discrepancy asks for fresh samples.
Weighs the samples and calculates weigh /meter, percentage under etc In case of values beyond or very close to UCL/LCL he informs main pulpit and relevant Shift Foremen QA for corrective action on phone immediately, otherwise just enters the values in respective format.
Carries out detailed measurements like rib height, diameter, space, surface quality. In case of discrepancy informs pulpit/ Production shift in charge for corrective actions.

Enters operation parameters like thermex pressure, mill speed, water temperature etc. in QF.03/QF.03A/QF.03B after getting information from pulpit.
